Our Aspen Log-Trimmed Sofa is a beautiful combination of a traditional sofa frame and carefully selected rustic aspen logs from the Rocky Mountains. The result is a uniquely rustic look with the cozy and luxurious comfort of plush foam cushions. The frame comes with a lifetime warranty. Furthermore, the seat cushions detach from the frame so they can be rotated to reduce wear and tear. Each element of the chair has been designed for quality and comfort. While tools and machinery are certainly utilized in the production process, there is no large machine to mass-produce and run the trim materials through. Each log trim piece is smooth-sanded and then hand-sprayed with several coats of finish in order to provide a rich, vibrant, and smooth coating. Our Aspen Log-Trimmed Sofa provides a one-of-a-kind look that will be difficult to find at your local furniture store.
*Cushions are not reversible as standard. The main body (patterned) fabric is only on one side. For two-sided cushions, please select the “MATCHING BACKS” option.
Product Specifications:
- The support system of the frames consists of kiln-dried Maple or Alder.
- All corners are reinforced – “corner-blocked” and “safety blocked”
- Frames and all joints are glued and stapled. The back angle is dowelled.
- 8 gauge sinuous wire/S-shaped springs every 5 inches and doubled next to the arms
- Cushions are 1.8 and 2.0-density foam with fiber and a convoluted wrap for shape retention
- Log materials in this model are more aesthetic than structural

If you have a fabric you like not on our swatch, we will be happy to use the fabric you provide.
