Designed for comfort and functionality, our Aspen Log Futon provides seating and sleeping possibilities that are both eye-catching and comfortable. Each element of the futon has been carefully designed for quality and comfort:

• LOG FRAME – The outside frame is crafted out of solid aspen log materials. The base has been carefully designed to ensure a comfortable sleep free of any lumps or bulges common for futons. Our futons are actually comfortable to sleep on! The futon is designed in such a way that the futon can be placed up against a wall, or in the middle of the room, and the futon will look great from all angles and does not need to be moved in order to turn it into a bed.
•  FUTON MATTRESS – The mattress is an 8″ thick foam mattress for superior support and comfort.
• FUTON COVER – The futon cover is custom sewn to fit the mattress and can be removed for machine washing which is both convenient as well as helps to ensure the futon keeps a clean and fresh appearance.

The combined result is an Aspen Log Futon that is truly a masterpiece of nature. The compliment we most often receive for our futons is how comfortable they are to sleep on. Having tried and tested them ourselves, we have to give them our own two thumbs-up. Our futons are designed to provide comfort while sitting and sleeping, with an added emphasis on sleeping comfort. If the chair will rarely be used for sleeping and seating comfort is the priority, we recommend our Log-Trim Upholstered Sofa with hide-away Sleeper.

As you order, choose the size of the chair you need and then select your preferred fabric. If you prefer a more rustic appearance, you might consider adding our Gnarly Log upgrade option.

FAQs

Are the cushions and covers included in the price?Yes, prices include the cushion and cover. Additional cushions and covers can be purchased. An added benefit is that the covers can be removed and machine washed. Please see price list for further details.
Are there different cover patterns available?Yes, we offer numerous pattern options. A link is available on each of these pages to view the patterns that are available. Don't see a pattern you like? Provide us with the fabric you prefer and we will have the covers made up for you.
How comfortable are the couches, gliders and recliners?The comfort speaks for itself. One of the best compliments we get in our store is the comfort of our products.
How durable is the futon mattress?To provide the most support and comfort we use 8-inch thick innersrping-coiled mattresses for our futons.
What size are the futon mattresses?The couch utlizes a Full/Double size mattress. The Love Seat and Ottoman pushed together make up a Full Size Mattress - it is called a "Split-Full". The Chair and Chair Ottoman pused together are a Single Sleeper".
If I provide my own fabric, how much is needed?YARDS: Chair = 3 1/2, Love Seat = 7, Full = 10 1/2, Queen = 13
What is the difference between the Standard and the Lay-Back Futon?The Standard was designed to fit up against a wall and not have to be moved when made into a bed. However, the design is such that it would not be presentable if placed in the middle of a room. The Lay-Back option finishes the back but will not lay down if placed up against a wall.
